I booked a three-star hotel for 2680 during the cherry blossom season. The environment is very ordinary. The advantage is that it is very close to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky. Since I had to catch a bus to Kamakura the next morning, I had to bite the bullet and book it.
Facilities: It has a microwave and a washing machine, which is good
Hygiene: I didn't find any dirty places,
