Love the spacious room, friendly hotel staff, convenient to Jewel and Terminals for food and buffet breakfast is decent 👍🏻

先是服務，當天是凌晨三點才到酒店，前台接待人員嚴肅且認真辦理入住，期間問了一些問題（類似來新加坡幹什麼？什麼時候離開？等等）從大堂到房間是開放式的室外空間，沒有冷氣，感受悶熱，房間給人感覺乾淨整潔，設施設備較老。不知道是酒店服務人員少還是什麼，辦理退房時前台就1個人，同時需要接待入住和退房的客人。
如果是趕飛機的確可以入住，酒店在T3通往商場、地鐵這個是真方便，如果不趕飛機沒必要入住，性價比不高，而且這個價格在上海可以住外灘酒店了。

早餐非常豐富，超出預期，酒店服務也很好，游泳池很好。但是房間因為不能開窗，略微潮濕，空調很冷，南方都是這樣吧。 整體還好，價格合理。

飯店位置方便，二層入口旁邊就是小火車的月台以及通往JEWEL的連通道。房內空間舒適，基本的備品都有，直飲水安裝在廁所的洗手台。這次被安排在三樓（游泳池在這），可能因為開業多年了，入住的房間房門很難關上，要特別留意門有沒有闔好。
雖然酒店的訂房介面說有中文服務，但兩次來到櫃檯（13:00報到，16:00拿房卡）都只有講英文的服務人員。此外，當天16:00回來拿房卡，櫃檯有三位工作人員，但辦理速度都不快，等候辦理的隊伍排很長。

酒店沒有介紹的那麼好，將近2000元一晚的酒店來説是我感受到最差的沒有之一。樓道是露天的，本來新加坡就很熱下了電梯還要走一段外接聯通的走廊，打開房門的剎那撲鼻的潮氣味道很重，床品也是潮呼呼的。住都沒住直接打車換酒店了。除非迫不得己建議大家在新加坡一定不要選擇這家酒店！

Very convenient when you’re very tired after a long flight as it’s located next to Skywalk train at terminal 3 Changi airport.
Room is very spacious, which makes it easier if you want to unpack, re-pack and re-arrange your luggage. Swimming pool is also very nice.

The hotel is connected to the airport and super easy to get to. If you're looking for a short stay for an early flight then yes i think it is a great option. The jewel next to the hotel is worth a visit too.

As I was transiting for work I only encountered the cockroach infestation when i was back in the hotel in the evening which was by then almost 11pm.
My partner who was travelling with me was getting ready for bed as she had to leave the hotel by 4am to catch a flight home while i had to leave by 6am to catch a flight out for work. It would have been a nightmare for both of us to pack up everything and switch rooms even if we could.
I tried contacting the hotel via the messenger service on Ctrip however there was no response. Even until the morning when I left, there was also no response. I couldn't have waited as I would have to be up by 3-4am to start packing and checking out.
As i checked out i informed the front desk about the cockroach situation and was followed up by an email by their duty manager who also apologised sincerely and offered some hotel rewards points.
To be perfectly honest it wasnt of any use as well is wasn’t pleasant at all due to the infestation and that it cause us both to be pretty uneasy throughout the night.
