The facilities are still new & kept clean.
The housekeeper is very helpful & responded to our every mail & demand very quickly.
Room is compact & we had everything we wanted.
They even provided free netflix & youtube at the tv so we could chill out after wandering the city all day.
Entrance door is not installed with password key so everyone could enter property but Osaka is very safe city so we will let it pass.

After the self check-in (with some help via online chat) we were happy with the big room and the great equipment. We can fully recommend this house.

The location is very good, right near the Kuromon Market, and it is also very convenient to walk to Nipponbashi
The service is very good. Because my foot was injured and I couldn't take a shower, after communicating with the customer service, they helped me put a small shower chair 👍🏻
Except that the hotel entrance is under renovation and the noise from the construction was disturbing in the morning, everything else is perfect
The room is equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine, washing powder, all the equipment is very new
I will come back to live in Osaka if I have the chance!

We checked in at the beginning of April. The downstairs was under construction and there was no door. But the room upstairs was really nice. The space was large enough and the facilities were complete. It was close to Kuromon Market, but it takes 7 to 9 minutes to walk from Nihonbashi Station.
