나고야역에서 도보로 약 7분 거리에 위치하고 있으며, 체크아웃이 12시여서 충분히 여유있게 준비하고 나올 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 방도 3인이 사용하기에 충분히 넓어 편히 쉬다갑니다

服務態度好 每日打掃

每次到日本旅遊，喜歡住在JR站附近，這樣省得搬運行李。這次選擇的美居酒店，離名古屋站很近，五分鐘左右的路程，出行方便。 酒店雖然舊了些，但是衞生乾淨整潔，房間也蠻大，行李攤開都沒問題。酒店附近吃的很多，選擇範圍很大。一蘭拉麪就走邊上500米範圍內。 下次到名古屋，還是會選擇這家。

The sink would not drain unless the lever at the back was pressed continuously, and if it was used as is, water would accumulate and it was unusable, so I asked for a change of room, but this time the toilet seat cover was about to come off, and when I tried to put it back in, it closed with force and was about to come off again. It could be used as long as it was not closed, so I continued to use it, but both of these problems seem to be defects due to aging, but it is something that should not have gone unnoticed during cleaning, so I don't know if they are not cleaning properly or if they think this is enough, but the facilities seem to be in a pretty bad state. When I checked out the next day, there was only one staff member at the front desk who was on the phone, and he did not try to answer the phone even though he was right in front of me. Maybe they didn't want to use manpower, but if they were going to answer the phone, shouldn't they have called another staff member to answer the phone, or at the very least, call another staff member when a customer came to the front desk. The quality of customer service in the room and at the front desk was too low, and I think it is below the level of a business hotel.
