The location of the hotel is okay, but it's not easy to find. I went to the wrong place while carrying 4 big boxes, so I found the second hotel. Although they are not far apart, it is really inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. The rooms are average and the lighting is a bit weird and purple.
There is no internet in the room.

Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground.
Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

As a business we use Premier Inns for all overnight stays so I’ve stayed in a few! Despite initial problems finding the hotel we were made very welcome and assisted with our self check-in. The location was ideal for our time at Excel and easy to get to. Not only does this hotel have a very well appointed Bar but downstairs there is a great micro brewery bar. The staff made a huge difference to my experience, the bar staff were friendly and the breakfast staff were charming and very helpful. Possibly the best Premier Inn I’ve been to! I had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to Yasodara - she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm smile and friendliness truly stood out. I would definitely return if I visit Stratford again.

This hotel is a must stay, you will not be disappointed. It has good transport links for the overground, underground and national rail, which all have stations within walking distance as-well as a huge Westfield shopping centre next door. It is ideal for fans visiting West Ham football stadium. The room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable and soft, you almost melted into them. The hotel has a lovely modern bar and restaurant where food and drink offers are on, this is also where breakfast is served in a morning, the cooked breakfast was fresh and is constantly being refreshed. A special thank you to Sun who was working during the breakfast shift during our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and went out of her way to help us. Thank you so much.
