Hotel is near to Jinan International Airport with free shuttle bus to airport every hour. The bus came right on time. The room is very spacious, but not very very clean. The hotel is newly built so everything is new. The front desk service is not the best, but not worst.

5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.

The service attitude is very good, the environment is also what I like, and the voice is very gentle. They also helped me take my luggage down to the underground first floor. The hotel is really close to the train station (7min away). The staff at front desk was very friendly but the desk itself was very messy. 🙊 The linen is fresh and new and they had the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever lied on. 10/10 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Every floor had self service laundry room, opened 24/7. This made my stay very convenient! 10/10 But when I switched on the aircon, smelly air came out the ducts. 🥲🥲🥲
