Son unos estafadores, ladrones, groseros, no se hospeden en este hostal, pierden tiempo y dinero. En mi caso no me quieren devolver el dinero perdí 400£, ratas asquerosas, me cancelaron la reserva y ahora ya no se quieren hacer responsables de esto, me dicen q me comunique con booking que son ellos los q me tienen q hacer la devolución del dinero, y llame a booking y ellos dicen q el hostal es el responsable de esta devolución, y nada, así me la paso de aquí para allá, llamando y mandando mensajes y ninguno me soluciona nada no contestan, se hacen los tontos. Por favor no se hospeden aquí no pierdan la plata es esta porquería de hotel

El gerente utiliza los datos de tu tarjeta de crédito para hacerte cargos no autorizados. Luego te pone todas las dificultades posibles para evitar devolverte el dinero, negarte alojamiento el mismo día y luego decir q anulaste tu o no te presentaste. L'hostal è molto carino e tranquillo, non lontano dalla stazione. Al piano Superiore c'è una grande terrazza con panorama, buona l'accoglienza. Al piano terra c'è un ristorante, piatti buoni e abbondanti, prezzi ottimi. Piacevolmente stupita dalla pulizia della camera e del bagno, le camere sono fornite di clima e il wiifii è gratuito.
