"Very good location. Room service was good at the beginning but last few days room cleaning became worse. No vacuum, NO cleaning dust, NO cleaning toilette bath, almost can say NO clean service! Room managers must consider this problems further!"

"Goed ontvangen na een lange reis vanuit nl naar Berlijn. We zijn naar potsdamerstrasse 129 gestuurd daar waar een steiger aan de voorzijde staat. Nr gebeld wat daar aan de deur vermeld hing aantal keren gebelde geen reacties. Trip.com gebeld deze hebben een kamer bij Lindemann's geregeld waarbij ik niets bij hoeft te betalen. Alsnog bedankt Ron."

They handled special requests efficiently and gracefully, making the extra effort with a smile on several occasions. Only ate breakfast but the coffee was excellent and the breakfast was really nice with waited service with some healthy options. The neighborhood was charming, felt very safe and had some nice local restaurants to choose from. "

"This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast is fantastic and has good vegetarian options, with very attentive staff. The bar is not cheap, however the quality is excellent. The reception is visually impactful, and the staff are brilliant. The gym is currently being repaired which is a shame, however they have made alternative arrangements available for guests that are desperate. Unfortunately this is one of the few areas of Berlin that does not have easy access to delightful late night takeaway food, however it is perfect for tourist sites."

"The room is very big. It is on the second floor. You can walk out of the room and there is a small garden. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard, great. The Berlin Gate is right outside the door, and the subway entrance is less than 50 meters away. The transportation is extremely convenient. The breakfast is great, there are many waiters, coffee, tea, and food that needs to be waited for can be ordered and asked to be delivered by the waiter. In short, the experience is very good. I will come again."
