โรงแรมราคาถูกดี มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาด มีน้ำดื่มให้ มีแชมพู ครีมอาบน้ำ แต่สิ่งที่เจอคือห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ห้องข้างๆและห้องตรงข้ามเป็นวัยรุ่น คุยกันเสีงดัง เปิดประตูเคาะประตูห้องกันไปมาถึงตี2 นอนไม่หลับเลย ขอพนักงานเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานแจ้งว่า ถ้ามีเสียงดังแจ้งเราได้ เราจะขึ้นไปบอกให้ แต่เราไปบอกห้องข้างๆแล้วรอบนึง และตอนตี1ได้โทรแจ้งพนักงานไปอีกรอบให้ไปบอกห้องข้างๆให้ลดเสียง แต่ไม่เป็นผล พวกเขายังเสียงดังเหมือนเดิม แต่มันทั้งดึกแล้วและเหนื่อย เลยไม่โรแจ้งพนักงานอีก เพราะเหนื่อยและอยากพัก ตั้งใจจะมานอนแต่ไม่ได้นอน เสียความรู้สึกสุดๆ เปลี่ยนห้องก็ไม่ได้ The hotel is reasonably priced and offers good amenities — daily housekeeping, complimentary drinking water, shampoo, and shower gel. However, one major issue I encountered was the lack of soundproofing in the room. The neighboring and opposite rooms were occupied by a group of teenagers who were very loud — talking, knocking on doors, and opening and closing them constantly until 2 a.m. I couldn’t sleep at all. I asked the staff if I could change rooms, but they told me that if there was noise, I should let them know and they would speak to the guests. I had already knocked on the next room once to ask them to quiet down, and around 1 a.m., I also called the front desk again to report the noise. Unfortunately, it didn’t help. The guests continued to be just as loud. Since it was already very late and I was exhausted, I didn’t contact the staff again because I was simply too tired and just wanted to rest. I had come to the hotel with the intention of getting some sleep, but I couldn’t. It was incredibly disappointing, and not being able to switch rooms made it even worse. I understand it can be hard to control the behavior of all guests, and I appreciated the staff’s willingness to help. It’s a nice hotel overall, and with better noise control or more effective room placement, I think the experience could have been much better.
